the sitting of 16 February, the City Council of San Tammaro voted to approve the report of variation of the work of redevelopment of the fruit and vegetable market. The variant is the introduction of new items that were not foreseen in the original project and that have been established by the Director of work, the architect Philip Salzillo. The list of changes is very long but it has been necessary to create a work best: there are a greater height of boundary wall and railings above, demolition and reconstruction of the existing boundary wall of concrete, in how many parts were damaged and armor visibilli no concrete cover and totally affected by phenomena of rust, the restoration of the roof and sewer system of the building for the storage of Civil Defence and local health authorities, including the rebuilding of the adaptations of some Damaged underground utilities, plus any number of finishing works not provided for contracted in the project. The final design was approved March 26, 2009 with an amount of approximately € 1.2 million, but a percentage of that amount by 7% had been set forth above for reasons unforeseen and unforeseeable, not reported in the original project.
